Headstone - square top, with raised right shoulder. Central raised area carrying the inscription. A full length cloaked female figure stands to the right with bowed head. The upper right corner of the stone has been sheared off and the entire stone has removed from its plinth and is standing against the wall to the north of the burial plot.
Ellen The beloved wife of Henry John HOOKHAM, Who passed away March 3rd 1934 Aged 76 years. Faithful until death. Also of Henry John HOOKHAM. Died Jan. 20th 1940. Aged 78 years. Reunited.
