Headstone - Peon with checks. Cross inscribed at the top centre of the headstone. Square section kerbs with two peon-topped posts at the foot of the plot. Vase, plain with checks in centre of plot, on plinth. No inscription on vase.
Lily HACKETT, Died Oct. 11th 1953, aged 52 years. Beloved wife of Henry Charles HACKETT. Died Sept. 25th 1982, aged 82 years. No words can tell. [ Identified as HACKETT on the in-church plan. BR: "1953 16-Oct HACKETT Lily 52 East End" - AND- "1982 04-Dec HACKETT Henry Charles 82 London SE15 202 Cremated remains interred". ]
