Headstone, square top with side pillars. Below the inscription, decorative roses to left and right of the stone Post with kerbs enclosure with plain posts. Inscription "Gone but not forgotten" on the kerb at the east end of the grave. Splay-sided vase with inscriptions: on the south side "From her loving children", on the east side "Shirley Bryan", on the west side "Royston June".
