Was erected by The parishioners of Northleigh. In grateful Acknowledgement Of the gift, by Susanna GASCOIGNE, Of the tower clock: Which was opened by Special services On Sunday 16th Aug. 1896. Rev. Geo. Jas. SCOTT. Vicar. H.M. TURNER { Churchwardens. [Plain grey stone tablet with oval top. Incised Roman caps. There appears to be space for two churchwardens' names, but only one is given.
