Obelisk on two-tier plinth. Coped body stone. There is no inscription on the obelisk, but there is an IHS inscription in gothic lettering within a roundel low down on the east face. This is one of two identical obelisks standing side by side - see also E6. The inscription on the south face of the coped body stone reads as follows:
Sacred to the memory of David BRYANT who died December 23rd 1876. Aged 42 years. Many years Stud Groom at Eynsham Hall and much esteemed by his employers family.
