Headstone, half height, with westward facing almost entirely eroded inscription. Triangular top. Eroded cherub's head at top centre, and two eroded gothic arches, one over each side. Top right corner flaked off. At the bottom of the stone, just below ground level, some faint decoration remains - an arabesque curve in each lower corner, and in-between a line of wavelets surmounted by three shields suggests a coat of arms.
No Inscription
[There is just possibly a capital W in a position suggesting it could be a middle letter of a surname. If this is an 18th century stone, then this could be one of a number of individuals, e.g.John COWLING 1733, Elizabeth HOWS 1736, Elizabeth HOWEL 1742, etc. ]
