Headstone, facing west, with ogee top having a shaped central cleft. It is backed by another stone (E57) facing east. There are traces of foliage decoration across the top of the stone. There is a very eroded inscription that cannot be deciphered. The stone is very similar in appearance to the adjacent stone E56A, suggesting it is a predecessor of William COLLINS, maybe his father (also William) or mother.
