Headstone with ogee top. Extensive decoration in high relief over the top third of the stone. A pouting cherub's head at top centre, with feathers extending either side of the head. Elaborate swirls on either side. Some erosion in centre of stone.

William may have been a relative of Edward Daniell, buried North Leigh in 1773, described in the burial register as "Holy Court - farmer, a man much beloved and deservedly so, by all his associates". ]
