Headstone, topped with four rounded humps. The inscription is within a raised panel which is also headed with four rounded shapes. Foliage swirls in abstract shapes over inscription and down the sides. The stone is damaged on its lower left and is cracked across the bottom. It is propped against churchyard wall, facing north.
