Headstone, gothic top. Almost identical to H78. Decorated top centre by a raised cross on a plinth. This is enclosed by a hood-shaped raised bead, with flowers having 9 long petals either side. The first line of the inscription circles around the cross. The bottom part of the stone has spalled. The inscription faces west.
In affectionate remembrance of Sarah, the wife of John FAULKS, who fell asleep in Jesus April 12 1871, aged 59 years. To the great grief of her beloved family. For to me is Christ and to die is gain having a desire to depart and to be w[ith] Christ which[h] [is] far [better.] Ph[i---- ] 23.
